Refund Policy

Thank you for using Vivanta.
Vivanta provides digital software and subscription-based services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are final.
No Refunds
All payments made to Vivanta are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Subscription fees
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused services
- Unused features
- User dissatisfaction with generated content
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
Users are responsible for evaluating the Service before purchasing a subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Vivanta support.
When a subscription is canceled:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to paid features through the remainder of your billing cycle.
- No future recurring charges will be applied after cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in the billing period.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, Vivanta may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Termination of services
- Restriction of future access to Vivanta services
Users are encouraged to contact Vivanta before initiating a payment dispute.
Exceptions
Vivanta may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in cases involving:
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error
- Unauthorized transactions verified by Vivanta
- Situations where a refund is required by applicable law
Any exception does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

While we strive to provide high-quality results, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying upon it.
Vivanta does not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, customer acquisition results, revenue generation, legal compliance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
